The cottage was perfect, spotless and large enough for Colin to move about in his wheelchair. We had a lovely 4 days here and look forward to returning next year.
This is our second visit to the cottages. Many thanks to Jacqui for your welcome and attention to our needs regards enabling Michael to have the freedom to get around the house in his newly acquired set of wheels! We thought the facilities were great last time but even more so this time! We have enjoyed visiting our favourite places along the coastline. Thanks again for all the little welcoming touches - much appreciated.
Had a really good stay - lovely cottage, immaculately kept - everyone friendly and obliging - estate ideal for wheelchairs - lots of wildlife - deer - stoats - birds - rabbits - newts etc. Would be pleased to stay again.
Going-away day has to be the worst day of the holiday! Never mind, there's always next year .. and the next .. and the next .. so, keep going John & Jacqui!
Only one week this time - still had a lovely break - cottage still super - thanks to the new owners for keeping everything the same - feels like home from home!!
5-star as usual. Our third visit. Excellent meals in Tearoom (in Sandhead). Good value. Will be back!
Great week - weather good (missed downpours!) Climbed lighthouse at Mull o' Galloway - oldest was 87 years. Every day out sightseeing - lots of adventures to do. Walking on beach every day. Accommodation excellent. Great celebration holiday for Isabel's 60th birthday with family.
We have had a great family holiday. The cottage had all the facilities we required and in a perfect location. The welcome pack was much appreciated. We had some wonderful walks and visited interesting places, Glenwhan Gardens were excellent. Local folks most helpful and friendly. Minnie the dog - loved it but found a gap by the patio gate for a quick route to explore!! Thank you jacqui & John.
Accommodation perfect for disabled needs, lots of well thought through features. Location is lovely and quiet - just as we like it. The cottage is really lovely and we hope to be able to come and stay again.
Ideal house following 4 weeks in hospital! Peaceful, wild surroundings just what was needed! Loved wheelchair 'walk' through woods.
Lovely cottage and local area. The welcome pack was very welcome. Great facilities and lovely & cosy when the weather was stormy at the start of the week. Some gorgeous beaches nearby. We would highly recommend this cottage.
Weather has been kind to us once again after a shaky start. Highlight this year was Sweetheart Abbey (near Dumfries) - well worth a visit in the beautiful surroundings of the village. Restaurant well worth a visit too. Thank you for your kindness and time John & Jacqui.
This was our first visit to Pine Cottage and to Culmore Bridge. We were searching for aplace where the disabled facilities were more than just disabled access! Pine Cottage fulfilled my brother's needs (and Jacqui promptly solved the one hiccup we had. Thank you.) We were able to relax and enjoy this beautiful place. Its Tardis-like spacious interior wowed us all and we really appreciated the cleanliness and all that was provided. As Graham says "FANTASTIC!"
